I’ve been working on a strategic leadership lecture and it’s made me realise that far too often strategy is just about the planning, and not about the actions and behaviours required. Your plan depends on things staying the same. How you act in times of change is just as important, if not more important in today’s world. As Tyson aptly puts it ‘Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face’. Quite. So what do you do next?
